💳 Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 8, 2026

1. Payment Platform

All purchases and subscriptions on Medobo are processed exclusively through Google Play Store. Medobo does not directly process, handle, or store any payment information. All billing, payment, and refund transactions are managed by Google.

2. Google Play Refund Policy

Because all payments are processed through Google Play, refund requests are governed by Google Play's refund policy.

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play:
Google allows you to request a refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase or renewal. After 48 hours, refunds are at Google's discretion.

How to request a refund through Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your device
  2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions
  3. Select your Medobo subscription
  4. Tap ManageCancel subscription and follow the prompts
  5. For a refund request, visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions or contact Google Play Support at support.google.com/googleplay

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your Medobo premium subscription at any time through Google Play. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the billing period ends. Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for the remaining period.

While refunds are processed by Google, if you have experienced any of the following, contact us and we will support your refund request with Google where applicable:

5. Free Tier

Free Forever

Medobo offers a free tier at no cost. No payment is required to use the free version of the app. This refund policy applies only to paid premium subscriptions.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Medobo after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

For direct refund requests, please contact Google Play Support as they are the payment processor and have sole authority over refund decisions.
